FAQ

General
When will you restock the shirt I want?
Most items on the website are ordered in small quantities and should be treated as limited edition. I offer pre-orders many times throughout the year and this is how you can guarantee you’ll get exactly what you want. Signup for the VIP Crew to be the first to know about pre-orders. Sometimes when I completely sell out of an item, I reorder it, but in a new color or style. If a shirt doesn’t sell that well, it might never be restocked. My best advice is if you see something you love, get it while it’s in stock. And keep an eye out for pre-orders.
Do you print everything yourself?
Nope, I print nothing, except shipping labels. I already do too many things, so taking on the task of learning screen-printing and finding the time to print shirts is not something I’m focused on. So I have two of my good friends print everything for me. One of them does everything by hand from his home studio and is local to me here in Ohio. He does most of my shirts that have 1-2 colors on them, like the basic logo tees or the shirts with a lot of text on the front. He specializes in water-based printing, which is why the print on a lot of my shirts is super soft. The other guy is located in Tennessee and owns a larger printing operation with some of the best automated printing equipment out there. Him and his team focus on my highly-graphical / full-color truck shirts, all of my embroidery, and some of my stickers. By utilizing their expertise, I’m able to take my ideas and turn them into high-quality finished products.
What is the difference between standard and premium tshirts?
The standard shirts I offer are the Gildan preshrunk 100% cotton tees. These are the most common tshirt out there, and almost everyone in the custom car/truck world is wearing these. You probably have one on right now. These are more heavyweight than the premium shirts.
The premium shirts are made by Next Level, and they are incredibly soft. These are one of the most popular brands for this style. Similar to an American Apparel shirt. These are a little more form fitting, but not too much. They are similar to the shirts you’d find at a retail store, and in many cases, these are the exact same style of shirts you’d get at a store like Pac Sun, Tilly’s, or Hot Topic. The shirts are slightly longer at the bottom, and slightly shorter in the sleeves.
In most cases, these are 60% polyester and 40% cotton. A few of the older shirts might be 100% ring-spun cotton, or tri-blend (polyester, cotton, rayon).
When will you come out with more shirts for kids and women?
My brands started with the diehard minitrucker in mind, which is primarily men aged 21-35. Right away I was asked why I had nothing for women. Over the years I have came out with several tank tops for the ladies, but it hasn’t been my focus. One of the things I get asked the most is when I’m getting more kid shirts in stock. It’s never been my priority, but at some point I will likely offer more pre-orders on these types of clothing. It’s just something that I don’t plan to carry large inventories of. While I know I’d sell a ton of it, it’s just not where I want to spend my time. My philosophy is to figure out what you’re really good at and what most people ask for, and keep doing that. But don’t worry kids, I’ll make some more shirts for you soon.
I noticed a shirt with my friend’s truck on it. I want a shirt with my truck on it. How does this work?
I don’t put people’s vehicles on shirts that often. If you see something that looks like your friend’s ride, it’s most likely a coincidence that it looks very similar. But in the past, I have done it. If you want your vehicle on a Low Label shirt, it can still be done. But it’s not cheap. And everything would be on a case by case basis. If you’re interested, send me an email and I can explain the details. Basically, you’d pay for the shirt to be designed (I would have total control over the final design, but I’d get your input during the design process), I would start a pre-order for the shirt, I would order a batch of shirts, I would send you 3 shirts for free, I would ship all the pre-orders out, then I would put the rest of the shirts up on the site for sale. If the shirt does really well, I may reorder them again.
I received a shirt and it’s awesome, but I need a different size. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
If you need a different size, and I have the size you want in stock, simply send me an email explaining the exchange you want to do. Customers will need to pay for the shipping back to me in Ohio. Once I receive the shirt, I will inspect it to make sure it’s in new condition. If all is good, I will ship your new shirt out at my expense.
If you receive a product and you are not happy with it, please let me know by sending me an email. Over the past 5+ years, I can only think of a couple people that weren’t 100% happy with their order. Everything is described in the best way possible so there should be no reason to return, but if you have an issue, I will make it right.
Why do coupon codes not work sometimes?
Every coupon code is different and you’ll have to read the details for each specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be used towards these types of products: pre-orders, on-demand, sale, and bundles. If you are trying to use a code that should be valid but is still giving you an error, please contact me and I’ll look into it.
Shipping
How long does it take before my order ships out?
As soon as you place your order and the payment has been processed, your order enters the processing phase. All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and in some cases the same day. You should receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order (check your spam/junk folder if you didn’t get it).
How often do you ship orders and how long does it take?
Once your order is packed up and the shipping label has been printed, I will take your order to the post office. As soon as the post office scans in your package, you should receive an email with your tracking number. I ship almost every single order via USPS, so you can track it at usps.com. A lot of the orders will ship Priority Mail, but if you want to save a few bucks you can select First Class shipping. Shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order and if it’s within the US or International. US orders sent via Priority Mail should be received within 1-3 days, depending on how far you are from Ohio. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday. I do not go to the post office to drop orders off every day, but usually 3-4 days per week. Your shipping cost can be estimated using the calculator on the checkout page before submitting your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, and you place another order, both orders will likely ship together.
I’m not in the USA, do you offer international shipping?
Yes! I have shipped to a lot of countries over the years, places I’ve never even heard of. If you are trying to place an order from out of the country and it is giving you an error saying there are no shipping options for your area, please let me know and I’ll get you taken care of. Free shipping offers do not apply to International orders, unless I’m running a special promotion. Once your order has left the USPS International sorting facility, it can no longer be tracked by me or USPS. The next status update you will get will be when it has been delivered. Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs agents may delay delivery of packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
I’ve seen you mention free USA shipping before. How does that work?
If you spend $125.00 or more, you can select free shipping from the available shipping options (USA only). This is valid everyday and no coupon is needed. Just select the free shipping option on the checkout page. When you are in the cart or checkout page, it will tell you how much more you need to add to your cart if you haven’t reached the free shipping threshold yet.
If you are using a coupon code, shipping options are calculated based on the dollar amount AFTER the discount has been applied.
For example, if you have $125 or more in your cart, and you do not use a coupon code, the free shipping option will show up. If you have $200 in your cart, and then use a 50% off coupon code, your subtotal after the discount will be $100, therefore, the free shipping option will NOT show up. You will need to add $25 or more to your cart for free shipping to be available in the second scenario.
(Again, free shipping is only available to customers with a USA shipping address, unless there is a specific limited-time promotion for international orders. And you must select the option to receive the free shipping. Free shipping cannot be added after you place your order.)
